(February 4th 2012) Announcement:
Tonight's weather forecast is for snow but it should be fine tomorrow - we will not be able to make a decision on the bootfair going ahead until we get to Hexham in the morning. For up-to-date information, please scroll down to the bottom of this page to our Facebook section which we will update as soon as we can (after 8.30AM).

(January 26th 2012) Announcement:
We'd like to remind customers that the first Carboot Fair of 2012 is Sunday the 5th of February. Looking Forward to seeing you all there. Don't forget to find us on Facebook for the latest updates.

(January 26th) Announcement:
We have updated our CANCELLATIONS page, this is a list of events that are NOT going ahead in the 2012 season.

Announcement:

Please be aware that we operate an absolute zero tolerance on verbal abuse and/or threats of physical violence at our carboot fair. Our event is one of the busiest in the North East and our staff do everything they can to accommodate all of our customers. We will not hesitate at all in calling the police to the event should any customer decide to be disruptive, physically or verbally abusive or threatening in any way.

(12th April 2010) Announcement:

We would like to extend our thanks to several recent enquiries with regards to trading as a caterer at our carboot fair. We are not looking for anymore catering facilities now, or for the forseeable future. We cover our own catering with "Fill Ya' Boots" trailer selling hot food, "The Coffee Ground" selling bespoke coffee and confectionary and "The Spud Stop" selling hot jacket potatoes and other savory snacks - so please don't be offended when we decline your offer/proposal. "The Coffee Ground" and "The Spud Stop" will both be located inside the Lairage at the rear of the building during the summer this year.

Announcement:
We hope everyone enjoyed their Christmas and New Year, click here to find out what we were up to! Our first Carboot Fair of 2010 will be held on Sunday 7th February. See you then!

Announcement:
We have recently had lots of telephone calls asking if booking is necessary. We would like to remind you that this is not required, you just have to turn up at the event. If you have taken the time to email us via our website - please check out the information we have provided for you on our FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS section.

We would also like to remind you that we are the only carboot fair to have both indoor and outdoor facilities. Unless it is extreme conditions, we will be holding the event. So please do not ring us at 6:00am asking whether the carboot fair will be open if it is raining. The answer will undoubtedly be 'yes'.

Announcement:
We open the facilities to the sellers at 10.30. As selling spaces are given on a first come first served basis, please be aware that a few regular sellers do arrive earlier than this.

This is a very busy bootfair so expect to queue to get in. We will work as quickly as possible to get you to your selling pitch.

Announcement:
We would like to remind everyone who attends our bootfair that there is absolutely NO smoking anywhere inside the building. If there is a roof above your head, you are indoors; therefore it is against the law to smoke.
Please do not be offended if a member of staff - or more importantly, a member of public - asks you to put out your cigarette; you are breaking the law.

Announcement:
Anybody with a last minute query on the day of an event, are urged to ring us on either of our two telephone contacts.

We are unable to answer any email enquiries on the day of an event, because we'll be there!

Update:
Welcome to the Hexham Sunday Afternoon Indoor/Outdoor (weather dependant) Carboot fairs official website.

All you'll need is here. We've got directions, prices, selling guide, pictures and even an FAQ! If your question is still unanswered then post contact us.

Enjoy,
The Bootfair Staff.
